after the external ("jenkins") pipeline is containerized & ready, remove any redundancies in the gitlab ("cypress") pipeline, and port over any remaining func' that was not included initially:

• port the use of lint:prettier to the jenkins pipeline (in place of the current lint, which runs during verify)
• remove lint and test jobs from GL pipeline, as redundant
