Description of problem:

In OSD non-CCS AWS wizard flow, we don't have any option to configure the "Instance Metadata Service (IMDS)" option in any of the wizard step. The definition also not shown as part of "Review and create" page as it doesn't support in previous wizard step. Confusingly the "Instance Metadata Service (IMDS)" shown in cluster details page (overview tab) after cluster installation initiated. We want to avoid this as the "Instance Metadata Service (IMDS)" not supported for non-ccs clusters and only supported in ccs clusters.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Open OSD wizard.
3. Select Subscription is to "Annual : Fixed capacity subscription from Red Hat" and select infrastructure type as "Red Hat cloud account" from Billing model step.
4. Click Next button and choose cloud provider as "AWS".
5. Proceed to next steps and review the "Instance Metadata Service (IMDS)" (especially from the default machine pool step)
6. Reach to "Review and create" step and review the properities.
7. Initiate cluster creation and see the cluster details definition from overview tab.

Actual results:

In OSD non-ccs AWS cluster overview definition shown  "Instance Metadata Service (IMDS)" value although it doesn't support.

Expected results:

Do not show "Instance Metadata Service (IMDS)" definition as part of OSD non-ccs AWS cluster overview.
