Description of problem:

The support tab seems missing or not seen with regionalized clusters when multiregion enabled.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging using https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/?multiregion=true 
2. Open a regionalized cluster.( an HCP cluster installed in ap-southeast-1 region)
3. See the behavior.

Actual results:

The support tab from regionalized cluster details seems to be missing. For other clusters , the support tab seems visible.

Expected results:

The support tab should be visible for all the clusters including regionalized ones when multiregion enabled.
