This task is to remove two 'hcp-aws-billing' feature flags:
| hcp-aws-billing-show | In the wizard, shows the aws billing drop-down |
| hcp-aws-billing-required | In the wizard, selecting a billing account is required |
Both are enabled in Production and Staging

With this feature flag removed, for Rosa HCP, on the Accounts & Roles step(s), the AWS Billing Account should remain shown and required. AWS Billing Account should show up on the Review step of the HCP Wizard.
Once the MR associated with this story, please contact dtaylor@redhat.com to remove the flag from the Unleashed portal.
