During the development of ROSA hosted cluster vs container runs , it has been identified that aws client was not available in cypress images that are recently integrated with ROSA and OCM clients. This was exposed during rosa or ocm client call like rosa login or ocm login actions.
We need to redefine the images with AWS client definitions.
