       Description of problem:

      Sorting action seems slow and stuck from a cluster list when multiregion is enabled.

      As soon as user click on column label for sorting then the page seems stuck for few seconds and takes time to load. This is happening when large number of clusters are in place (around ~ 20K clusters)

      See the recording SortingActionLargeClusterList2.mp4{}

      How reproducible:
      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging using https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/?multiregion=true
      2. Once all clusters are loaded and click on column label "provider" for sorting it.
      3. Repeat the steps with other columns.
      4. See the behavior.

      Actual results:

      Sorting action stuck for some time and takes time to get back the results to user from cluster list. Currently it leaves the user in same page without any indication that sorting action ongoing.

      Expected results:

      Sorting action should be faster and in case it takes time then there should be some way to notify the cluster that it is running background like spinner or something.
