Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch staging environment.
2. Navigate to the multi-pre-release webpage
3. Go to the section OpenShift installer and notice the OS types.
4. The OS types displayed are Linux, MacOS, and RHEL 9(FIPS).
5. For RHEL 9(FIPS) OS type the arch types displayed are x86_64, ppc64le, s390x etc.
6. Click on the Download Installer button next to the arch type

Expected Result

The file should be downloaded.

Actual Result

The user is redirected to the file not found error webpage.
