Description of the problem

We have seen the QE CI failures related to OSD cluster creation cases as below 
https://ci.int.devshift.net/job/service-uhc-portal-ocm-cypress-smoke/661/console 

The reason for those failures are due to blocking popover message in the page.

We need to fix them.
