Only keep data needed for the cluster list in cache

      To increase performance for users with a larger number of clusters, when an API call is made to get cluster data only used to build the cluster list will be saved and put into cache.

      NOTE:  This should have no impact besides a potential performance boost.  Testing this story will be the same as what was needed to test OCMUI-1632
