Description of problem:

The node label entries were not cleared as expected way when user tried to remove the existing node label definition using - icon associated to the fields.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Launch ROSA wizard and select control plane as "Classic"
3. Reach to "Default machine pool" step.
4. Expand "Add node label" option
5. Input the key and value field.
6. Click "Add additional label" option.
7. Click remove icon associated to first node label entry.
8. See the behavior.

Actual results:

At step 7, the node label entries were not cleared /removed although user click remove icon associated to the same field.

 Expected results:

At step 7, the node label entries should be removed when  user click remove icon associated to the same field.
