[ROSA v2 wizard] "Back to associate AWS account" link doesn't work when the user-role couldn't find in review and create step.

       

      Description of problem:
      In ROSA classic v2 wizard flow, when user -role was not detected in "Review and create" page of wizard, a dialog that indicate user role was not detected with a link "Back to associate AWS account" that would redirect to "Account and roles" step. The link was not working and not redirected to "Account and roles" when user click the same.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Launch ROSA wizard and select control plane as "Classic"
      3. Once you reach to  "Cluster settings" step then unlink the user-role from your test account.(use CLI command rosa unlink user-role <arn>)
      4. Reach to "Review and create" Step.
      5. Expand  "Account and roles" section.
      6. Click on link" user-role could not detected".
      7. Click the link "Back to associate AWS account" from the dialog.
      8. See the behavior.

      Actual results:

      At step 7, User wasn't redirected to "Account and roles" step once user was clicked the link "Back to associate AWS account"

      Expected results:

      At step 7, User should be redirected to "Account and roles" step once user  clicks the link "Back to associate AWS account"
