Description of problem:

In the dashboard page, "clusters with issues" box, the clusters listed there, if any, are shown with the name Unnamed cluster.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Launch the Dashboard page - you are supposed having some clusters with issues
3. observe the "clusters with issues" box

Actual results:

At step 3 the box "clusters with issues" contains the items in the list are shown with the label "Unnamed cluster"

Expected results:

At step 3 the "clusters with issues" box should show a list of cluster real names.
