[ocm-ui] Expired invitation link for slack in the ROSA GetStarted page

      In the ROSA GetStarted page, there is an expired slack invitation link. I'm not sure if there is a way to create a link that won't expire, but this broken link creates a bad user experience and needs to be fixed.
