Description of problem:
In ROSA classic or hosted cluster's setting tab >  Update strategy, few links pointed wrongly to OSD documentation and looks wrong.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Open a ready ROSA cluster.
3. Go to settings tab > Update strategy section.
4. Check the links under the same..
5. See the behavior.

Actual results:

Couple of links from Settings tab > Update strategy section pointed wrongly to OSD doc from ROSA cluster.

Expected results:

The Link should point to ROSA documentation
Life cycle link should be https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/rosa_architecture/rosa_policy_service_definition/rosa-life-cycle.html
Z- stream link should be https://docs.openshift.com/rosa/rosa_architecture/rosa_policy_service_definition/rosa-life-cycle.html#rosa-patch-versions_rosa-life-cycle
