Part of OCMUI-1223

Replace deprecated PF Table inside:

• ArchivedClusterListTable.tsx
• IDPSection.jsx

It must be replaced with the regular PF table

How to test:

There should be no changes for the end users.

• Verify that the table for the archived clusters works as expected
• Verify that the Identity Providers table inside the Access Control tab of clusters works as expected (try also the row actions buttons)
