Remove warning about large number of clusters

      User story:

      After requiring filtering (or other measure) to address a large number of clusters (see OCMUI-1639), the warning when a larger number of clusters is expected (implemented in OCMUI-1784) is no longer needed. This story is to remove the warning.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • The warning about the number of clusters is never shown regardless of the number of expected clusters.
