Description of problem:

If a user logged into OCM enables multiregion, in a given browser, with a given browser user profile and then he switches Red Hat user in OCM, the multiregion will be enabled too. That shouldn't be good if second user didn't enable the multiregion in his previous work session in that browser and with that browser user profile.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Enable multiregion.
3. Log the user off.
4. Using the same browser and browser user profile, log in OCM with a different user, who is supposed not having enabled multiregion in his previous work session with the same browser and same browser user profile
5. Check if multiregion banner is visible

Actual results:

At step 5, the multiregion banner is visible.

Expected results:

At step 5, no multiregion banner should be visible.
