Set up monitoring for regular deployments via Slack:

1. [] Dedicate a channel for deployment notifications, and ensure team has access
2. [] Update the sass deployment config (in app-interface) to point at that new channel (see Setting up stage deployments
   on the Containerized FEs Stage/Prod Deployment guide).
3. [] Redirect the current, non-containerized pipelines to this new channel, by updating our existing job-templates (in app-interface).
