Description of problem:

For ROSA and OSD archived cluster the field "domain prefix" is shown on "Cluster details > overview" tab with empty value. For UX it should be better to show the real value or to not show the label at all.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Go to "Archived cluster list"
3. Open a ROSA or OSD archived cluster
4. Observe "Domain prefix" field.

Actual results:

Currently  the "Domain prefix" field is shown and his value is empty.

Expected results:

it should be better to show the real value or to not show the label at all.
