Description of problem:

OCP cluster don't support "domain prefix" but the field is shown on "Cluster details > overview" tab with empty value. For UX it should be better to not show the label at all.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Go to "Cluster list"
3. Open an OCP cluster
4. Observe "Domain prefix" field.

Actual results:

Currently  the "Domain prefix" field is shown and his value is empty.

Expected results:

It would be better to not show the "Domain prefix" label at all.
