      Description of problem:

In ROSA/OSD wizard >  Networking  > VPC Settings > Under Additional security groups section presented inline information message to the user.

As part of day 1 action, user allowed to configure security groups for machine pools, control plane node and infrastructure nodes. AFAIK, Once all of them are configured and after cluster creation you can not add/edit those definition. Considering this point the information message should extend with control plane node, infra node references along with machine pool definition

Proposal for the message as below

You cannot add or edit security groups to the control plane nodes, infrastructure nodes and machine pools created by default after you create the cluster.

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Launch ROSA or OSD wizard.
      3. Navigate to the Networking  > VPC Settings step.
      4. After selecting required VPC definition, expand the "Additional security groups" section.
      5. Review the information message to the user.

      Actual results:

Currently wizard present the message as below

"You cannot add or edit security groups to the machine pools created by default after you create the cluster."
It doesn't include any information about control plane and infrastructure nodes.

      Expected results:

Proposal for the message as below

You cannot add or edit security groups to the control plane nodes, infrastructure nodes and machine pools created by default after you create the cluster.
