      To be refined for UI scope
      ROSA HCP allows user defined tags to be supplied via AWSNodePool.tags field within the node pool spec of OCM CS api.
      This is already available on the API/SDK and implemented in backend. However, not yet available on the clients.

      This epic aims to address that by adjusting the UI (after API is ready) to allow changes to the user defined tags on HCP node pools.
