• src/config/ci.json refers to "ssotest01ue1" cluster that no longer exists.
• src/config/development.json is a relic of a time when we used insights-proxy, no longer works and we don't use it for dev any longer — we use src/config/stage.json where requests go directly to api.stage.openshift.com domain.

We can remove those 2 configs, as well as their references in src/config.ts.

(We could also remove lots of other stuff related to insights-proxy but that belongs under OCMUI-850 card.)
