OCM Core Sprint 251
Description of the issue{}
As part of day 2 actions, if user opens "Add machine pool" dialog to configure and add a machine pool node for the cluster, it was seen that couple of information notes on security group section. Please note that there was no security groups configured against selected VPC.
Above information notes together seems to be confusing for the user. i.e. especially the info note display order vs importance . In this case, we should only show the information note that "There is no security groups for this VPC". The relevance of newly added information note only when user tried to configure with available security groups".
Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch OCM UI staging.
- Open a ROSA cluster installed with Custom VPC(Note: No security groups are present in custom VPC)
- Go machine pools tab.
- Click "Add machine pool" button and Navigate to "Security groups" section.
- See the information text and its layout.
Actual results:
There were couple of information text shown in security group section. Both together create confusion for the user especially newly added note as there is no security groups available for the selected VPC.
Expected results:
Couple of recommendation
1. Hide newly added information text when there is no security groups are configured for selected VPC.
2. If we think that both information notes really required and show for the user in all the circumstances then change the order of information text. i.e. first information text should be related to "There is no security groups for this VPC" and then display newly added information text.
