      Acceptance Criteria

      1. This should be behind a feature flag called 'ocmui-rosa-hcp-sg'
      2. In the Rosa HCP Create Cluster workflow, as part of Networking configuration customers can add up to 10 SG-IDs to each machine pool.
      3. Adding SG-IDs is optional so customer must be able to skip this configuration during cluster creation.
      4. Add field to Review step.
      5. During installation, Security Groups are shown on Cluster Details -> Overview tab.
