In the Dashboard actions kebab the link to the Archived Cluster List is broken and results in 404

Steps to reproduce:

1. On the left side menu navigate to Dashboard.
2. On the Dashboard page locate the kebab actions menu to the right of Register Cluster button.
3. Click on the View Cluster Archives.
