Description of the issue
In OCM UI datacenter page https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/create/datacenter , There are different infrastructure provider options are listed and none of them are clickable and hence customer could not proceed with create the clusters from OCM UI

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/create/datacenter 
2. Go to Other datacenter  options section.
3. View the infrastructure provider options.

Actual results:

 Infrastructure provider list didn't have any link enabled and that blocks the user to select them to proceed with cluster create options.

Expected results:

 Infrastructure provider list item should be enabled with respective link so that user could select them to proceed with cluster create options.
