      Description of the issue
As part of day 2 actions in OSD private link enabled cluster, user has tried to add /create a new machine pool but user couldn't do it because the compute node type definition always showing as loading and never loaded. This blocks the machine pool creation.
See the below reference recording OSDPrivateLinkClusterAddMAchinePoolIssue.mp4

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Launch OCM UI staging.
      2. Install an OSD CCS cluster with cluster privacy set to private with private link enabled (Cloud provider : AWS)
      3. Once the cluster is ready, Go to machine pools tab.
      4. Click on  "Add machine pool".
      5. See the behavior in "Add machine pool" dialog.

      Actual results:

"Add machine pool" dialog shows always the node types are loading but never loaded. Due to the same reason user unable to create a machine pool for the cluster.

      Expected results:

User should be able to create a machine pool for the cluster without any issues.
