Link "Set up ROSA page" is not working. It keeps redirecting to /create/rosa/wizard page. After clicking on it 2nd time, page breaks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the ROSA Wizard
2. See prerequisites blue box and click on "Set up ROSA page"

Current behaviour:

1st click just will just reload/redirect on current page and 2nd click will break OCM UI throwing errors and access denied message

Expected behaviour:

"Set up ROSA" link should redirect to correct page and clicking on link should work correctly
