During cluster creation, the clusters API will support a longer cluster name up to 54 characters. The UI will need to remove the current 15 character length restriction.
When the cluster name exceeds 15 characters, however, with the current proposal (OCM-DDR-0075), the cluster subdomain will by default be derived from the cluster UUID, losing any meaning the name might have had for the customer.
The UI will need to allow the user to set the new domain_prefix field in the API according to a design determined by OCMUX-58.
