      UI should remove the ability to create upgrade policies for ARO clusters.

      • Configure upgrade type
      • Configure node draining
      • Configure scheduled upgrade

      All these configurations return as success, but ARO clusters are not connected to OCM for upgrade functionality. MUO currently does not support this on ARO.
