      Overview

      Initial investigation shows we are able to extend cluster name to 21 chars safely. This milestone will enable this, and provide a regression testing, and creation of test case to enable future milestones for this work.
      Investigate if/what impact this will have in the UI in terms of Cluster list, details, cluster create etc and add support

      Acceptance Criteria
      The list of requirements to be met to consider this Epic feature-complete

      • Enable cluster name to 21 chars
