In the ROSA Classic and Hypershift wizard, when triggering a validation error in one of the CIDR fields, then selecting and editing a different CIDR field, the error message for the first edited field is hidden in the UI.

This does not impact functionality of navigating to the next step of the wizard. When clicking 'Next' the hidden error message is then displayed again in the ui and the user cannot proceed to the next step until the error is fixed. But, this is a bad user experience.
