[ROSA Wizard] User is unable to upload the Additional trust bundle file on Cluster-wide proxy screen

      Always

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Launch the staging environment in Safari browser Version 17.2.1 (19617.1.17.11.12).
      • Open ROSA wizard and control plane type as "Hosted".
      • Fill all required information in each step and reach to "Cluster privacyl" step.
      • Select the privacy as public.
      • Choose VPC from the drop-down and check the checkbox "Configure a cluster-wide proxy".
      • On the cluster wide proxy screen, enter valid values for all the fields and upload the additional trust bundle .PEM file.

      Actual results:

      The .PEM file is not getting uploaded.

      Expected results:

      User should able to the .PEM file without any issue.
