In the Identity Provider forms, the component for uploading a certificate allows users to type content after uploading the file.

Example: https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/openshift/details/s/<CLUSTER_ID>/add-idp/github

This can be problematic, as users can be typing without realising that the focus is in that area, and the content can become invalid.

IMO the text area should be read-only.
