[ROSA Wizard]Error in version selection during wizard navigation

      Description of problem:

      When navigation back and forth to the Cluster Details step of the wizard, the version selection dropdown can sometime produce an error where it is unable to read the 'raw_id' portion of the version object. 

       

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Rosa Wizard
      2. Navigate back and forth between Cluster Details step
      3. Check displayed error 

        

      Expected results:

      "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading: 'raw_id')" should not appear
