Based on this spreadsheet of updated error messages, http urls will be added to an errors.details message. For example, see tab "XCMSTRAT-43" in the spreadsheet, scroll down in column "Explanation (details)" has some examples of messages with links:

The OCM UI must make those URLs clickable.

It seems the majority of the updated messages are installer failure messages, so that is one area which will be updated, however, it is unclear if some of these error messages maybe caught and displayed in other areas of the OCM UI; for example the "Edit Machine Pool" dialog. How do we ensure we handle the url in every error message being displayed in the UI? (update: this ticket is just for cluster provisioning failures)
