Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the ROSA creation wizard and move to step 2.
2. Click the How to associate a new AWS account button.
3. Press Tab.

Expected results:

• The drawer should open and the close button should be focused.

Actual results:

• The drawer opens but focus moves to Account roles ARNs collapsible section
