User story:

So that I can pick the right version for my cluster, as a user, I want a drop-down that easily lets me find a supported version.  This drop-down shall allow me to see versions that aren't supported by my ARNs, see versions that are in Full support, and see versions that are in maintenance support.

Acceptance criteria:

• Versions that are generally available, but not supported by selected ARNs are disabled  Not relevant to OSD (only ROSA)
• Versions that are generally available and are supported by my ARNs can be selected  Not relevant to OSD (only ROSA)
• Versions that are in full support are marked
• Versions that are in maintenance support are marked
• Users can only select a single version
