Description of the problem:

The help icons present in various section of  "Access control" page of a cluster seems smaller in size. This needs to fixed. Compare the definition with production and it looks better.
Note: Browser zoom level set to default i.e 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM Staging UI.
2. Open a ready cluster.
3. Go to "Access control" tab.
4. Go to each and every section and see the layout.\

Actual results:

The help icons present in various section of  "Access control" page of a cluster seems smaller in size.

Expected results:

The size of the help icons should be bigger (same as like in prod) to make it clear and better look and feel.
