[OSD wizard][AWS]User unable to select or deselect the checkbox "Apply the same security groups to all node types (control plane, infrastructure, worker)" from additional security groups section

      Description of the problem:

      In OSD (CCS) AWS wizard flow, user unable to select or deselect the checkbox "Apply the same security groups to all node types (control plane, infrastructure, worker)" from additional security groups section under VPC settings step.

      The behavior works fine in prod not in staging.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Launch OCM Staging UI.
      2. Open OSD wizard.
      3. Select subscription as "Annual fixed capacity subscription" and Infrastructure type as "Customer cloud subscription"
      4. Click "Next" and choose AWS cloud provider.
      5. Proceed to "Next" steps and reach to "Networking"> "Configuration".
      6. Enable checkbox  "Install into an existing VPC" and click "Next" button.
      7. Select the VPC and other details.
      8. Expand the section "Additional security groups".
      9. Try to enable/disable "Apply the same security groups to all node types (control plane, infrastructure, worker)" checkbox and see the behavior

      Actual results:

      Step9 , User unable to select or deselect the checkbox "Apply the same security groups to all node types (control plane, infrastructure, worker)" from additional security groups section under VPC settings step.

      Expected results:

      User should be allowed to select or deselect the checkbox "Apply the same security groups to all node types (control plane, infrastructure, worker) to configure the security groups on different nodes.
