[OCM-UI] Cluster type dropdown does not look the same as in Production environment

      Steps to reproduce:

      Launch OCM Staging UI in Safari version 17.2.1.
      Navigate to the Clusters webpage and Cluster Archives webpage.
      Observe the layout of fields within the Cluster type dropdown.
      See the field placements.

      Actual results:

      The dropdown looks small as there is space missing between the various cluster type fields such as OCP, OSD, ROSA, ARP

      Expected results:

      The dropdown should look as shown in the Prod environment.
