Description of the problem:

On the "hibernate cluster" dialog from "cluster list" page if the user click on the label "technology preview" to show the information balloon, a stack error appears in the browser console, but not visible errors happen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM Staging UI.
2. Go to "Cluster list".
3. Open the "Hibernate cluster" dialog for one of the cluster in the list.
4. Click on the Label "Technology preview".
5. Observe the browser console.

Actual results:

The application works well, but a stack error is shown on the browser console.

Expected results:

Although the error logged seems not having any consequence, it should be better to manage the error for avoiding to log it on the console.
