Description of the problem:
In OSD (non ccs) wizard flow, user can't select the values from persistent storage and load balancers drop-down under cluster settings > details step. After click action on values , nothing has been selected from drop-down.

The behavior works fine in prod not in staging.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM Staging UI.
2. Open OSD wizard.
3. Select subscription as "Annual fixed capacity subscription" and Infrastructure type as "Red Hat account"
4. Click "Next" and choose any of the cloud provider.
5. Proceed to "Next" steps and reach to "Cluster settings"> "details".
6. Try to select the values from Persistent storage  and Load balancers drop-down.

Actual results:

At step 6, after click action on values from both ersistent storage  and Load balancers drop-downs  , nothing has been selected.{}

Expected results:

At step 6, User should be allowed to select the  values from both persistent storage  and Load balancers drop-downs without any issue

This was happening across all the browsers and tested with chrome, edge and firefox.
