[OSD][ROSA-Classic] Summary bug for error message and enter key

      Steps to Reproduce
      Launch the staging environment
      Create a ROSA classic cluster and wait for the installation process to complete Navigate to the machine pool tab
      Click on the Edit Machine Configuration button

      • Erase the default PID value and enter a value beyond 5 digits such as 0000000000
        0000000011 or 444444444444444444444444444444444411111111111
      • Now erase the previous input and enter the value 3694303. Instead of clicking the save button press the enter key on the keyboard

      Expected Result
      The system should prevent the user from entering such long input numbers
      Pressing the enter key should save the user's actions

      Actual Result
      The system does not prevent the user from entering such long input numbers
      Pressing the enter key does not save the user actions and the cluster history tab does not record the logs.
