      Description of problem:
Initiate the installation of an OSD cluster with security groups configured from VPC settings.
Once installation initiated, the overview page shown the security group ids under each node definition and instead of security group names. This was seen with only OSD cluster and works fine with ROSA classic.

      See recording attached securityGroupIdsInstallationOverview.mp4
      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Open OSD wizard (choose a CCS with cloud provider AWS)
      3. Go Networking step and enable the " Install into an existing VPC option"
      4. Click "Next" button.
      5. Select a VPC  from the drop-down and configure subnet definitions.
      6. Select the security groups names from "Additional security groups" section
      7. Click "Next" button.
      8. Reach to "Review and create" page.
      9. Click "Create cluster" button.
      10. See the security group definition from cluster overview page.

      Actual results:

In Overview page, the security group definition for all nodes shown with security group ids although names are associated with selected security groups. This is wrong behavior.

      Expected results:

In Overview page, the security group definition for all nodes should be shown with respective security group names.
