Description of problem:
In HCP cluster wizard, if the user configure 2 machine pools with autoscaling enabled a wrong error message is shown if the "maximum nodes per machine pool" entered goes over the maximum value.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to the ROSA HCP cluster creation wizard
- In "Machine pools" step enable autoscaling and configure 2 machine pools
- Set "maximum nodes per machine pool" to a value over 25
- See the error message show below "maximum nodes per machine pool".
Actual results:
The message shown is "Input cannot be more than 25.5"

Expected results:
The message should be "Input cannot be more than 25"
