      Steps to Reproduce
      1. Launch the OCM UI staging environment
      2. Navigate to the OSD cluster creation wizard
      3. Once the user is on the cluster details screen, search for a cluster version from the dropdown
      4. Input values in the wrong format such as 4,11,36 instead of 4.11.36 and observe the result
      5. Input a value that does not exist in the cluster dropdown

      Expected Result
The search should not display results as the entered format is wrong and the entered value does not exist.

      Actual Result
The search displays the matching results if the entered format is wrong. Additionally, the search only highlights part of the matching version i.e. 11.36 instead of 4.11.36
The search displays the version of the dropdown that matches the numbers in the input.
