Description of problem:

The information text under set up ROSA (https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/openshift/create/rosa/getstarted) seems out dated as we support the ROSA Hypershift wizard for upcoming GA. Hence we may need to remove those information text from the page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Go to https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/openshift/create/rosa/getstarted page.
3. Go to bottom part of the page i.e.  "Deploy the cluster and setup access"
4. See the information text under the section.

Actual results:

The text information indicate that ROSA Hypershift support only CLI at the moment and UI support will be added soon. This need to be removed as we support ROSA wizard and cluster creation via UI.

Expected results:

Remove above mentioned text indication from getstarted page
