Description of problem:
User has added a new machine pool with additional security group definition from a ready OSD cluster(installed with custom VPC and it has few security groups). Once the machine pool is created and user opened "Edit machine pool" definition of the same via "Edit" context menu. The security group definition is missing from there and it indicated wrongly that the security group for this machine pool is not configured.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open OCM UI staging.
- Open a Ready OSD cluster installed with custom VPC(VPC should have some Security groups).
- Go to Machine pool tab.
- Click "Add machine pool" button
- Click "Security groups" drop-down and add few security groups.
- Click "Add machine pool" button.
- Select the newly added machine pool and click "Edit" context menu of the same.
- See the security group definition from "Edit machine pool" dialog.
Actual results:
At Step 8, The security group definition for newly added machine pool is missing and it is showing a wrong indication that "This machine pool does not have additional security groups."
Expected results:
The security group definition for newly added machine pool should show properly as per the definition.
